  President  Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo  is receiving briefings from  COVID-19  Technical Taskforce on limited school re-openings and would make a firm decision on school reopening in January 2021 after a Cabinet meeting on December 30, 2020. Addressing a news conference in Accra on  COVID-19  Updates on Tuesday, Information Minister,  Kojo Oppong Nkrumah , said the  COVID-19  Taskforce would work throughout the Christmas period to brief the President and analyse the impact of the  COVID-19  pandemic on students, during the limited school re-openings in July, August, September, and October, this year. ENTERTAINMENT NEWS: Cape Coast fashion show to ‘unveil the future’ – Organisers.

Organisers of the maiden Cape Coast fashion show, the Liddell fashion trend has indicated that the event will uncover the future.

Scheduled for September 1, 2018, at the Heritage House in Cape Coast, the event would see designers across the country displaying on stage their latest collections and designs. 

The organisers believe the Cape Coast fashion show will offer emerging designers, bead accessories makers and other business individuals, the opportunity to deal directly with their potential customers as well as client. 

“The event will create more opportunities at a lesser cost for the lesser known fashion trends,” says the organisers.

The Liddell fashion trends partnered with Communications and Creative Arts brand and Crabbita Media Consult for its massive annual fashion show to unveil the company’s “Modern Future” 2018 collections.

The president of The Liddell Fashion Trends, Liddell Pokoo-Aikins, stated that the event served as a springboard to launch the careers of startups, graduates and showcase the knowledge, skills, and talent of Ghana’s fashion industry.
