  President  Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo  is receiving briefings from  COVID-19  Technical Taskforce on limited school re-openings and would make a firm decision on school reopening in January 2021 after a Cabinet meeting on December 30, 2020. Addressing a news conference in Accra on  COVID-19  Updates on Tuesday, Information Minister,  Kojo Oppong Nkrumah , said the  COVID-19  Taskforce would work throughout the Christmas period to brief the President and analyse the impact of the  COVID-19  pandemic on students, during the limited school re-openings in July, August, September, and October, this year. Government in July allowed final year students in the tertiary education institutions to complete their semester courses and wrote their exit examinations. ENTERTAINMENT NEWS: My love life with Kwesi Arthur is nobody’s business – Efia Odo

Actress and TV personality, Efia Odo has advised critics to mind their business and stop talking about her love life.

Talking about the relationship between her and Kwesi Arthur on the ‘Uncut Show’ with Zion Felix, Efia retorted it is not anybody’s business if she is dating the rapper.

According to her, it is her choice to let the public know who she is dating or not.

She, however, explained that she never dated Kwesi Arthur nor had any sexual relationship with him,and they just worked by shooting the ‘Nobody’ music video.

Efia revealed her love for rap and how she can relate to songs churned out by Kwesi Arthur. She described Kwesi Arthur as a great lyricist and a prolific rapper. She further stated that having a crush on someone doesn’t mean you want to sleep with them.
Efia Odo cautioned people not to assume if she has not declared Kwesi Arthur as his boyfriend publicly. She disclosed her readiness to let the public know who she is dating if her partner won’t have any problem with such a decision.

The Kwese TV presenter was livid on how a section of Ghanaians conclude that she is having a romantic affair with any male that she gets close to.

The Ghana Education Service (GES) has said it will organise extra classes to augment the regular double track system so that students on vacation can be engaged while they wait their turn to go to school.  Deputy Public Relations Officer of GES, Isaac Asiedu Odei disclosed to TV3 that the extra classes will be held in church halls, community centers and private schools across the country for students on vacation.  He explained that some church halls and community centres are already being used for extra classes as such the ministry will take advantage of the situation.  “You know we have a lot of church halls or community centres…it’s a temporary kind of structure and you know people are organising classes in some of these structures already and we can even take advantage of some private schools, when they close we can also go in there,” he explained.  Mr. Odei also disclosed that government is going to place about four teachers in “every district or...
